Agreement Conditions
- 1 System is 1 Air Conditioner and 1 Furnace or 1 Air Handler.
- Customers can choose between monthly and paid in full options
- Maintenance hours are between 8am till 5pm Monday through Friday.
- Repair Guarantee does not cover part replacement resulting from acts of God, Fire, Water Physical damage or abuse.
- Client must remain on Protection Plan without lapse to retain Loyalty rewards.
- Refrigerant lost due to leaks will not be covered on the repair guarantee.
- Due to discount on Comfort Defense Maintenance Plan, Coupons are not applicable
- Monthly pay options: Pay for the first tune-up up front, then monthly payment will start in April/October to apply to next tune-up.
- Additional systems must be located at the same address.
